Spring time is here and the fishing is getting better. Fishing a local haunt the Tilery a 4 acre pond with lots of pristine fish species included Crucian carp, Rudd, Roach, Perch and Tench and many carp commans and mirrors.
so fishing tactics were very simple on the float with a size 16 hook and 2 Red maggots. Feeding regular and often small amounts produced some nice golden Rudd Perch and Roach with a small Mirror carp thrown in.
